1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Subscription Details:
Our monthly subscription grants you instant access to the current month's digital magazine issue.
The yearly subscription, priced for 10 months, gives you access to one magazine issue per month over a 12 month period, resulting in a total of 12 issues.
3. Payment:
Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of the subscribing period and provide access immediately upon payment verification.
Monthly subscriptions are monthly payments with automatic renewals monthly.
Yearly subscriptions are a single upfront payment with automatic renewals yearly.
Special One Time Orders and Ramadan Orders are a single upfront payment for the corresponding number of years for which the order is purchased.
Ramadan Orders are also a single payment, made while purchasing the package.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
All content provided on AmazingReflections, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of AmazingReflections and is protected by international copyright laws.
You agree not to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, without express written consent from us.
5. User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
6. Usage Restrictions:
Your subscription is for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to share your user login or give others access to your subscription content outside of your household.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the next billing cycle.
Yearly subscriptions can be canceled with access continuing until the end of the prepaid period. No refunds are provided.
8. Changes to Terms:
AmazingReflections reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the AmazingReflections website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability:
All content on the AmazingReflections site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws.
11. Regarding Access to Magazines:
You undertsand and accept that, you deserve to get access to an equal number of magazines to the number of your successful monthly payments i.e., if you have paid for 12 months then you deserve to get access to 12 magazines. If it happens that you paid for 12 months but you get access to 13 magazines and your payment for the 13th magazine has not gone thorugh then the access to the 13th magazine may be revoked if you do not update your payment method.
